Sundari is more than just a yoga school
Sundari Integral Yoga© School is more than just a yoga school — it is a dedicated personal development space designed to inspire, encourage and nurture your full potential. We believe that true wellbeing arises from the harmonious integration of all dimensions of the human being. Our programmes weave together Yoga, Meditation, Daoist Arts and Integrative Therapies into a unified path that nurtures physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity and spiritual awakening.
In the Tantric Mahāvidyā tradition, Tripura Sundarī represents icchā śakti, the Divine Will, the expression of the Cosmic Wisdom of Pure Intention, Universal Beauty and Divine Love—the radiant energies that flow through the universe and through each of us. In the Trika tradition it is even more than that. It is the principle of supreme Śakti in whom icchā (will), jñāna (knowledge), and kriyā (action) are perfectly united. This triad may become profoundly meaningful for the yogi that follows the Sundari path, by integrating the aspiration (icchā), the understanding (jñāna), and the embodiment through practice (kriyā).
Inspired by Sundari’s wisdom and vision, our school is dedicated to helping you awaken and integrate these transformative qualities into your daily life, so you can experience the beauty of being fully present.
Our vision is based on Sri Aurobindo's understanding of Integral Yoga—the aspiration that every dimension of human nature can become a conscious expression of the Divine. Rather than seeking fulfilment beyond life, Integral Yoga embraces life itself as the field of transformation, where body, energy, mind, heart and spirit evolve together towards their highest potential.
