In-Person Tai Chi Training

At Sundari Integral Yoga© School, we offer only in-person Tai Chi classes. Why? Because Tai Chi is a subtle and complex art of movement and energy. Its principles must be clearly understood, and beginners especially benefit from direct guidance. In-person practice allows the teacher to adjust posture, stance, and flow in real time—something online teaching cannot fully provide.
