Upon successful completion of the training, students receive the Sundari Integral Yoga© 300-hour Teacher Training Certificate.

Graduates who meet Yoga Alliance's requirements are eligible to register individually with Yoga Alliance as RYT 300 (Registered Yoga Teacher 300).

Students who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and subsequently complete this 300-hour training may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT 500, subject to Yoga Alliance requirements.

Requirements & Previous Training

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

A previous 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TTC 200) is recommended, either at Sundari Integral Yoga© School or at another Yoga Alliance-registered school.

However, a previous teacher-training certification is not required for practitioners whose aspiration is to enter the teaching journey with Meditation as the essence and central orientation of their Yoga practice. In this case, the 300-hour programme can be undertaken without having previously completed a 200-hour TTC, subject to the student's experience, motivation and suitability for the programme. The 300-hour training offers a distinct pathway for practitioners who are drawn to a deeper exploration of Yoga through meditation, self-enquiry, Advaita Vedānta, Hṛidaya Meditation and Integral Psychology, while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to teach.

The training requires commitment, discipline and respect for the practice, teachers and community.

The programme follows a Gurukula-inspired residential approach, in which students and teachers share practice and daily life within a small saṅgha community. Karma Yoga, together with the principles of Tapas and Śauca, forms part of the daily experience.

The food is ovo-lacto-vegetarian. Alcohol, tobacco, and recreational drugs are not permitted during the training.

Optional Wellness Experiences

Students may request individual wellness experiences during their stay, including:

Acupuncture

Integrative Therapies

Yoga Therapy and/or Yoga Coaching

These optional experiences can complement the training and support individual wellbeing and integration.

A deeper journey into Yoga, Meditation and Consciousness — from practice to mastery.
